Olewo Dehydrated Carrot Chips Horse Food Supplement, 5.5-Pound

I bought this bag for my greyhounds. It is a little different from the product for dogs. These are little dried shreds of carrot instead of the pelleted version. My dogs don't seem to digest it as well (it's visible in their poop), but it has still worked on helping the consistency of their stools, so I don't mind.

Still working on the bag so will see if does what the company says it does. Believe it is helping my horse's problem....he loves carrots so he is very happy!

This was incredibly expensive for some non organic shredded carrots. I expected sliced carrots and intended to use them as doggie treats. Shredded carrots don't work and five pounds equals a pretty small bag for $44.

Fantastic product that my horses love! They show continuous improvement in their coat texture and color. According to my farrier, their hooves are the best they've been in a long time.

This did not meet my needs because its for Equine. I breed German shepherd dogs. I sent back all bags that were sent to me.I hope that you received them all. total # 3 bags.

Non-Gmo on this product is misleading. Currently, there are only eight GMO crops grown by farmers in the United States: corn, soybeans, cotton, canola, alfalfa, sugar beets, papaya and summer squash. The only GMO produce you might find in your grocery store is sweet corn, summer squash and papaya. If it is a hybrid seed(which most carrots are at this point), that does not mean GMO.

I own Quarter horses in Florida and our soil is very poor and lacking nutrients to sustain quality nutrition for my horses.
