I am giving this item a 3 star because, for one the warmer is decent and cute. The heat settings is a little confusing to use. However, it does work and heats the wax fast! Now, for the wax that it comes with. It’s garbage! It does not pull not one single hair off. And, yes, I did do it the correct way! So, I would recommend purchasing different wax.

I really do not know what to think about this wax warmer. It is very difficult to figure out how to use the controls. I am by no means that dumb to run controls, but it sure seems to beat me when I try to use them. Maybe more practice

It comes with instructions on setting the “keep warm” temp and keep warm minutes however you can’t go below 180F and you can’t adjust the melting temp either.It’s too hot for use

Worked great for a couple of months, like 3 uses. Then it started randomly turning off and I’d have to keep turning it back on, and now it doesn’t even turn on anymore.

Does not work stopped working after one time I used.

Machine broke after one use. Worked fine the first time. Pit it up properly in box and everything for safe keeping went to go use again following week and machine would not turn on at all. Wasted my money.
