I have been taking this product, I take two before bed every night, for probably a year now. My husband and both my sons take this as well. Honestly, I fall asleep right away and I believe that it works in a lot of different ways. Knocking on wood all over the place I do not get sick often And I’m hoping that it’s the zinc in this product. One thing I have noticed that others in my family have said as well as that you do get really bit of dreams so I’m guessing that’s the magnesium.
