I tried several perfumes on orders, but they either had too much musk in them and the lasting scent was masculine; or they were too sweet like something a child would select. Finally, I found the 'grownup' scent. This fragrance is so luxurious and feminine. It's the sophisticated scent. The one that attracts, not repels. I've decided to try another of Oscar de le Renta's scents, since the people at this company understand how to mix the right ingredients in the right proportions.I also read a revue from another customer who said that the fragrance doesn't last on the skin and she sprayed it on clothing and that did the trick. I really appreciated that tip. When I first tried this fragrance it lasted about 7 hours on my skin. But when I applied hand cream the second time I wore the perfume and ended up spreading some over the perfume, the perfume scent disappeared. I accidentally sprayed an article of clothing and I can still smell the perfume today. So, it does last longer on clothe than on the skin, especially if you have other products on your skin.

Came in perfect condition which was my main concern. I’m 25 and honestly this perfume smells maybe a bit too mature. There’s a profound powdery-musk type of scent that maybe reminds me of sandalwood? It’ll be nice to add to my collection, but this will be for the gym, grocery store run, maybe after a shower on my day off or hardly ever used.

I asked a family member to purchase this fragrance for me through Amazon. The scent was very pleasant, but it had no longevity. Within 10 minutes you couldn't smell it any longer.Second problem: The pretty bottle cap does not funtion properly. It is not like a Coke bottle, which has threads to screw the cap on. Instead, it is pressure-based; however, it is very tight, so when you try to pull off the cap in order to spray the fragrance, you have to pull it hard. At that point, the sprayer nozzle gets stuck in the cap and the entire thing comes off, including the thin plastic straw-like part through which the perfume rises to the top. The whole thing is a mess!I had purchased this fragrance previously myself, also through Amazon. The bottle arrived broken. Also, the cap was stuck as well.I am starting to suspect that either defective bottles are being sent to Amazon to be sold or that the fragrance being sold is not genuine Oscar de la Renta.I requested a refund.

This perfume smells nice but it doesn’t last. Like not very long at all. Aside from that, it’s a good size bottle. Quite a bargain.
