Not bitter, not oily, just a great flavor and color.

Mostly oil. Upon opening the cap, the oil spilled out and the tomato was very loose and watery

My sample had separated by the time I received it, and since it is in a tube, I had to squeeze it all out and mix the component parts before using. A tube is probably not the best storage medium.

Excellent flavor in Marinara Sauce. I used the entire tube, with 4 cans of Centos Italian Tomatoes. Came out awesome.
