Product worked great for a week. It no longer indicates power and is not recognized by any laptop when plugged in. Sent back for a replacement, so perhaps a one-off fluke. It worked really well when it was functional, so hoping it was a one-off product issue

It's only been about 2 months and it already doesn't work - no one can hear me on my meetings.

So tight caused headaches. Not a good fit for me at all.
