This is a quality pillow - much better in fact than one I paid three times the amount for from elsewhere. I washed it as soon as it arrived because I do this with all new pillows. Went into washing machine. Washed on 60. Still retained its shaped. Onto line and dried in no time in this weather. This is a proper "medium pillow" - some might find it too hard but it is just as I like them.

I've washed these several times at 60 C and they're still very comfortable, if not quite as luxurious as when they first arrived. I would buy again though, as they're by far the best washable pillows of the 5 or 6 different types I've bought in the past. They arrive tightly rolled up for more efficient transportation, so ideally should be unpacked and left for a day before using.

Pillow arrived very quickly, well packaged in a roll.Plumped up nicely when unpacked and is comfortable.Yet to see how it is when it has been washed.

The listing says "Size 2 Count", however I only received a single pillow, not a pack of 2. I thought I was going to be receiving two pillows, but only got one! The pillow itself is fine, but you do only get ONE of them!

This pillow is genuinely washable. I bought two, one to use and one to wash. I wash one every week on a 60degree cotton wash, then tumble dry on cotton setting. They come out as good as new, absolutely brilliant. I can’t recommend highly enough to anyone that needs to wash a pillow regularly. Surviving a weekly hot wash from October 2019 and still good as new in Jan 2021 is pretty good I think.

It is washable but it's so tightly packed that getting it clean is doubtable

Pillow looks great, but was damaged during washing.Very well presented, like all other pillows on the market nowadays. On first wash, in a domestic 8kg machine, the wadding folded up inside and I had to slit the seam to lay the wadding out flat. It's very nice wadding, but the pillow is now slightly lumpy.I don't know what spin settings we used, so it's possible that the pillow survived the wetting phase of the wash and failed the spin-dry phase. Other reviewers have had better luck, so I've decided to deduct half marks.Vendor & manufacturer: if the pillow is only washable without spin, please say IN BIG LETTERS; otherwise your product doesn't live up to your hype.
