My hands aren’t big by any means so going for medium would normally be ok. I struggle to put these on and have torn a couple at the wrist. Blowing into them to resemble a cows udder helps but maybe next time I’ll try large. Still, useful for chopping chillies so I’ll stick with them.

I think these kind of gloves are great really for anything. I use these for creams and oils as I don't like getting my hands messy. But also these are great for marinating chicken or any meat of your choice as I keep these in my kitchen. Handy to have 👍🏻
