Better than other brands
Tried many protein shakes in the past and ended up throwing them away as they tasted too artificial. Was happy to find that this one is very different, the chocolate silk flavour is nice, it says two scoops but one scoop per serving is more than enough as it’s too sweet otherwise. I use unsweetened almond or oak milk add a teaspoon of almond butter, tsp of cacao and sometimes half an avocado to thicken it up and blend with ice, keeps me going through lunchtime.

It as an oaty after taste
It's OK not sure about the after taste of oats but I'll stick with it I might get to like it. It as a nice chocolate taste & it's quite thick. I image it'll take a few days to stop the hunger pains, after all it's a drink not a meal as such. The package says its a 14day meal replacement but looks more than 14 days worth. Compared to other leading brands it's well worth the money. I'll update in a few days hoping I'll have a better insight to how it's working.

Great for busy mornings
I like these because of the amount of nutrients in it and having less sugars in compared to other brands I’ve tried. I only get chocolate and it tastes great and actually fills me up for a few hours…. Which isn’t an easy thing to do lol

DIY mocha
Really yummy! I've tried a few of the flavours but this time I got the chocolate silk one. 1 and a half scoops with milk, 2 ice cubes, and a double shot of espresso, use a blender to make sure to mix nicely. Keeps me full and energetic until lunch!

It tastes vile……..
I do not like to give negative reviews but felt compelled to do so with this item. I wanted to try a meal replacement to lose some weight. You get a lot of powder for the cost. I have to agree with others that the powder once mixed is very grainy and I used a blender. The taste is terrible and not palatable at all. It is very sweet tasting and I only used 1.5 scoops instead of the recommended 2. The bad taste may be due to all the stuff that is in it but I tried putting frozen fruit in it, Greek yogurt etc and nothing improved the taste. I have tried this twice and cannot try it again. I will be throwing it in the bin and going back to normal well balanced meals. I also found that it did not keep me feeling full as I was getting pangs of hunger after a couple of hours. I’m glad it works for some, but not for me sadly.

Doesn't taste nice
I tried this as an alternative to Dare shake, and it's just not a patch on it. I have tried with milk and also with water and both don't taste great. They are OK, and drinkable but not a patch on Dare

Enjoyable
Pleasant to drink, reasonably good texture, not thick but not that thin either. The chocolate taste is subtle but is there. The graininess I find enjoyable, gives a little chew with each mouthful, feels like very fine oats which it may well be.The sweetness is not as high compared to some others although it does leave an artificial sweet flavour lingering after finishing the drink, which is not pleasant. I generally wish all these shakes were less sweet and I have a sweet tooth. The flavour blends well with a piece of banana which also improves the texture slightly. Mixed with milk the texture is again improved as is the taste and the sweetness is also tempered, with milk this is a highly enjoyable milkshake experience, however calories are very high so I just use water.I would buy again. Maybe not from Amazon though, the pricing is erratic and often high.

For best results use a blender!
My second day using this product as a total meal replacement. I’ve used many shakes in the past but decided to try this product as it was in my budget 🙂. Taste is not too bad, you start getting used to it after the first sip. I use water that has been chilling in the fridge makes the taste more bearable. I’ve made my shake in my shaker and it left a horrible gritty texture so this morning I tried mixing it with a hand blender and it’s much better! Highly recommend if you’re drinking these shakes to use a blender!!
