I was under the impression that the kit would supply the neutralsing shampoo and conditioner. But it doesn't. Just to make you aware that it DOES NOT include the whole kits to relax your hair

You need to buy a neutraliser shampoo to use after the product is rinsed from the hair. Personally, I do a 2-stage neutralisation of my hair after using this product. I first use a neutraliser shampoo and rinse, then I apply bicarbonate or baking soda and leave on for a few minutes top ensure my scalp is completely clear of the product.
