Before getting these I had no idea what PQQ was, but as I do suffer from tiredness and some brain fog I thought I'd give them a try (after reading up on what PQQ is).First a little disclaimer - I didn't take these daily as recommended. Ironically, I often forgot to take them. The 30 day supply lasted me around 40 days. I'm not sure how important that is for the affect.During the 40ish days I was taking these tablets (which are very easy to swallow and have no taste to mention) it's hard to tell if there was any actual affect on me. There did appear to be an improvement in the brain fog area (and I did have a bad fog day around a week after finishing the tablets) but I'm not sure if that was also due to me getting out in the fresh air for some walks now that the weather is getting a bit better.No negatives to taking these, but I'm just not sure if there were any positives either - hence the middle of the road rating. Maybe my tiredness and brain fog is caused by something else that PQQ doesn't target. I'd say they are worth a try though as they may just work for you.

PQQ is a good supplement. But by the nature of these supplements, it’s hard to tell whether a particular supplier’s product is a good one unless you’ve tried them for a few months. One aspect by which we judge whether a product is good is the price. I bought this product three months ago when the price was good. Since the price has almost doubled so I would say it is no longer good in that sense. Whether it is a good supplement remains to be seen, but so far the indications are that it seems to be a good supplement and works well.

Very glad of the opportunity to try PPQ as it is mainly known as a mitochondrial generator and according to a health web site I read "appears to be able to protect nerve cells, support nerve growth and protect the mitochondria from oxidative stress". Being sensitive to medication and supplements I didn't want to start on 20mg as this capsule is but found the capsule was easy to open and to tip just part of the PQQ into a cold drink or onto food. The taste is fairly neutral despite the bright red colour it went in my d-ribose and water. I have only used a 3-5mg dose for about 10 days but this seems to be a quality PQQ product.I agree with the other reviewers that the photo doesn't represent that the bottle is only about one fifth full. However it is a bottle which is average for smaller side of supplements and it is made from glass which is amber to protect the contents. The size of bottle appropriate to the amount of capsules would be very small and quite fiddly and I've only had a sample and one medicine come in such a tiny bottle as this would require. So I accept the "wasted" space. Also to note the bottle comes in a sealed cardboard box so there is not plastic seal or wrap needed for the bio security of the bottle.I like the way Charava present their products and I would buy from them again.
