Frustrations with other water flossers that are not present with this one:1) limited an hard to refill reservoir.No silly angles to refill. No plastic tops that you can break off or flip off. This is an easy to flip off top that you fill from the top- never a problem. So easy that if you have to refill it mid way, it's super quick and easy and not a hassle like other designs.2) Battery doesn't last and weird or unsecure charge port.This one has a very securely located and protected charge port and lasts a LONG time.3) Compact/travelThe reservoir slides to make it compact to pack/travel, and extends for filling up. Doesn't always last a full flossing session but it's right on the cusp of it. Whether you have to refill or not is really more how charged up the unit is. If it's fully charged, it has a stronger stream thus runs through the reservoir faster. once it wears down just a bit (but still bery workable a long time), you can easily run through a full flossing session without refilling.4) Ease of cleaningi didn't learn this until a couple weeks later but the extendable reservoir piece actually detaches so you can easily wash all parts of the flosser. Furthermore, the top cap where you refill from is also a carrying case for your water floss tube. Just slip it in head first and it fits right into its carryign area.lastly, you put the flosser on UV mode while the water floss tube head is in there and it will sanitize it while it's in its carrying case with UV- then auto turn off when its' done.BRILLIANT!So it collapses/expands for travel/packikng and when you need to fill it up and use it.Comes with it's own carrying case for your flossing tube which then can be UV santizied by the flosser itself.The extendable reservoir cap also detaches for cleaning.The battery lasts long after you charge it through its super secured and securely located charge port.The perfect and travelable water flosser.

It feels good quality; not flimsy. I like the uv sanitizer and 3 modes available to choose from. What I dont like is the card that's suppose to provide you with Lifetime warranty, that supposedly includes a permanent replacement, damage or lost product. No way to activate. Can't access the website provided in card to register my water flosser. So that's a bummer. But it is convenient to bring for travels.I have just used for a couple of days so I will update after a few months to see if product is as advertised.

Super portable! Holds charge extremely well- I charged it before 15 day cruise and didn’t have to charge it even once!Looks great, works great and even has a storage area for the pik!

I am an ardent flosser but have trouble getting my back teeth so I bought this to use in addition to flossing. It's a bit awkward and messy to use at first but gets easier. Be sure to use warm water! I had trouble getting it to turn on immediately when I first started using it about a week ago, but now it turns on right away. I floss first and then use the water flosser and can see all the bits the floss didn't remove. At first, it would take two fill ups of the reservoir to clean my teeth but as I am getting used to the water pick I only need to fill it up once. I have only used the normal pressure and the normal pick so no comment on the other features, but I do like the sanitizing light. I'm not real sure if it actually works but I always use it just in case. After use, I always take it apart so it can air dry between uses. I've only had this for 2 weeks so I've only charged it once. This is small enough to travel with.

This is my first time trying out a water flosser! I love how compact it is and it holds a charge really well! There are quite a few functions and works so well for getting the residue in between the teeth out. highly recommended!

Imagine my dismay when I saw the chunks come out of my mouth while using this. I love it! I use it at least once a day, and seldom feel the need to floss as well. Love the size, convenience and ultraviolet sterilization light.

Great travel flosser. So easy to collapse and stores nicely in travel bag. Pretty powerful pressure and has different speeds. The only con is the water reservoir is small and I usually have to fill it up more than once during my floss. Minor inconvenience. Perfect for travel.
