Good for a protein snack
The apple cinnamon is good but the chocolate peanut butter is my favorite and everywhere is out of them 😢.

An Amazon Review you can ACTUALLY trust.
Unlike most Amazon reviews these days, I like to actually spend time using a product (at the very least several weeks) before I write a review. Most of us want to know whether we will still like what we bought months to years down the road. That being said, these "Mighty Muffins" definitely fit the bill.I have tried nearly every single flavor Mighty Muffin (except pumkin) thus far and have been eating these for over a month now and can tell you from an intermediate bodybuilder's perspective, these are great for cutting with a sweet tooth. The macros on these things have been awesome! For a 50-gram, 220-240-calorie snack, the break down is about F-18, C-42, P-40, with each muffin containing 20 grams of protein! For those who don't track or care about macros, the flavor is great; some better than others, but in my opinion, every flavor has been really tasty -- especially paired with a cup of black coffee. The texture will depend on how long you microwave it, but I like mine to be moist (sorry about that adjective, as I am aware at least 60% of the US population cringe at it), so I'm at about 30-ish seconds in the radiation box. This brings me to the common mistakes people make when preparing these. First, I would recommend a relatively powerful microwave -- one that can pop a large bag of popcorn in under 2 mins (about 1200 watts). The reason is, I have tried microwaving these in weaker-powered microwaves and can never get the end result the way I want it. It will end up either too dry, or too underdone. Also, follow the recommendation for liquid to dry ingredients. It says 1/4 cup of water, so don't use more or less and measure out 1/4 cup of water. Stir COMPLETELY until all of the dry is fully incorporated with the wet and forms somewhat of a dough. Finally, after microwaving, if you like *moist* (sorry again), then microwave and let sit for 60 seconds or so before consuming. The cooking process will continue after the microwave stops as the heat escapes the cup. These are definitely NOT for those who are on a budget. They are insanely expensive. If you're looking for low-cost protein products, keep looking, because these aren't it. If you can afford the high cost, however, they are a tasty treat that won't stick to the belly.

These need a lot of work
These are supposed to be blueberry but have no blueberries in them. They also have a weird aftertaste from the stevia. So I have decided to add fresh blueberries to them. I also top these with sugar and cinnamon which makes them palatable. Will finish these but won’t buy again.

Enjoyed until we found an opened one
Unfortunately one of the cups came already opened so we could not eat it.

Easy source of protein.
This product was just ok. I tried it because I like the idea of a protein muffin. This muffin is easy to make, and it is a great source of protein. It isn't as sweet as I would like, so I ended up adding additional chocolate chips to help the flavor. It doesn't taste as good as the Kodiak brand, but it does have more protein. My brother liked it, but I didn't love it. I might buy it again to just have on hand, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Something is different - choc pb
No hate, and before writing this I actually came here to investigate the ingredients to see if I were imagining things being “off”. I have been ordering since 2019. They have been my safe food and I love these but just opened my recent order (04/24/22) and something is off with the prep and taste. They are not the normal awesomeness-just okay. Following same prep as always it takes longer to make, 45+ vs normal perfect at 30 seconds. I can adjust to the time, but the taste is also different. I can’t put my finger on what the issues is but my guess is that the ratio of ingredients is off. For me, I can’t normally taste the artificial sweetener but this batch has an overpowering abnormal sweetness with every bite and a bitter aftertaste. Will keep trying- hopefully it was just a few from this batch or maybe just the batch, as the ones in the combo chocolate lovers were perfect as normal.

Cinnamon Roll Flavor is the best, hands down!
Flapjacked is an excellent brand for making instant muffins in the microwave in 45 seconds. There are imitators out there, but only this brand works for me. Out of all the flavors made by Flapjacked, Cinnamon Roll is the best….not just because I like the flavor, but because this muffin flavor rises the most, and that gives it a fluffy texture. Also, this flavor is still edible long after it’s cold; I can’t say that for sure about the other flavors. For making these muffins I find it’s important to put exactly 1/4 cup water into the cup and mix as directed. I use a dry measure cup for 1/4 cup and find this works best. These are so delicious I was willing to wait 2 months to receive them. I appreciate these muffins as a quick meal or snack because they contain protein and are very convenient.

Love flapjacked, sad that 1 in my 12 pack was busted open
I love love love these flapjacked muffins, especially the chocolate peanut butter. It’s chocolatey enough to feel like a treat, they’re a bit fluffier and spongier than typical muffins but the nutrition and Macro ratios make them perfect for me. I was excited to buy in bulk to save a bit of money since they’re pretty pricy and our local supplement store marks them up to almost $5/ea. However I opened the box to find a mess of powdered muffin mix all over everything, luckily only one muffin was punctured from the pressure of being stacked. In the future the shipping dept might want to put a piece of cardboard between layers of muffins to avoid another mess for their customers. So basically I got 11 muffins and it pretty much ate up whatever savings I stood to gain by ordering online :( but I still have 11 muffins *happy dance*

Great Product
Easy to prepare at home or work, lots of protein and not too much CHO. The taste is excellent. I will always have a couple in my cupboard not that I have discovered them. Maybe a touch expensive but in the big picture worth the money.
