These work fine for toasting marshmallows over a firepit, but not heavier items. The length is great and I love that they telescope for easy storage. I also love that they are color coded so each person can be given a different color. Great during times of a global pandemic. Warning: The darker colors all look the same after dark, which is typically when you were sitting around the fire pit. It should be noted that the prongs are blunt on the end, so they will not cleanly spear food. They are also a bit on the flimsy side and will bend easily. We tried a hot dog on one and it bent. Then it wouldn’t collapse down. When I tried to bend it back, it broke off.

These are a good value for your dollar. My favorite things are: They are Stainless Steel, so no rusting They are telescoping, so they are easy to store. I purchased these as part of a s'mores gift parcel for my nephews. They seem very sturdy and well-designed. I specifically wanted telescoping ones so the little guys wouldn't have to get too close to the fire. I love that they're color-coded so they can keep track of their own (for us it's great to be able to keep vegetarian marshmallows can be on separate sticks).I imagine these will come in handy for some summer evening fun round the fire pit or camping.They come in a nice bag for keeping them collected together.

Perfect for roasting marshmallows! Have not tried hot dogs yet but do ‘t Think ghry’ll Be a problem. Love the handy carry bag.

These are soooo cute and work great for roasting marshmallows outside over a fire pit. Bought them for a party and the s'more packs were a big hit. It's nice their color coded as well:)

The first time I opened one of these the shaft pulled right out of the handle. The next one, two pieces of the shaft seperated. Waste of money. There's no way these would hold up to any type of use, especially by children.

Worked great for six grand kids roasting marshmallows. Cleanup is easy. Put the empty sticks in the fire for a few seconds to burn off the leftovers and when they are cool they clean off easily with soap and water. Very pleased.

Easy to use and kept kids at a safe distance from the fire to roast their marshmallows. Also super easy to clean.

Was long enough to sit in chair and roast marshmallows comfortably. Very compact when closed. Good value for money.
