I work almost 14 to 16 hours sitting in a chair and this obviously causes a lot of discomfort to my lower back and shoulder area. I brought this product to see if it could provide some relief to me while working. I am very pleased to note that it is working like magic and keeps me fresh and energetic throughout my hectic schedule. The kneading function is very thorough and gives almost instant relief from minor aches and pains . The only con I am seeing is that it needs a DC output or extension board nearby to operate. A rechargeable battery could have made it even better. Overall highly satisfied with this purchase

This product is very handy and easy to use. No other person required to operate this on the patient. Five star for Massaging speeds as they are great. The only downside is the infrared heating system. I was not able to feel any heating effect during massage. Although the product description says ‘upscale’, I don’t think it is any better than the previous version of this product.

I bought this after a lot of research and reading customer reviews. I was still skeptical, but with non-ergonomic work postures due to WFH, decided to buy this. Have been using for last few days and the pain relief is brilliant. Heating option is not anything to write home about, but that is a small issue. I will recommend.

I had bought several massagers before but this is one of the best!!You can use it as per the pressure you need and works really well on neck and shoulder area ...Quality is also good!!!Outstanding massager!!

I have just been using it for a few days and its works well. Good value for money product. And I recommend you to buy the version with the bag. The only thing that can be improved is when the product is being used for lower back, it would have been very useful if it had a strap so that it can stay in place without needing me holding it.

I have used few massagers before, I think this one serves better than them so far, good to use on shoulders and lower back.

My machine came to me on 22 december 2019. Worked fine for 2.5 months. By 1st week march it stopped working. Sometimes does one or two rotations ans stops. Please can i have the email address of this company so i can write to them since it os in the warrenty period. V. Dissappointed.

Loved the product ....found it very affective for shoulder areas and lower thighs n calves...like the way we can exert pressure according to our needs with the straps....
