Broke within a month
This faucet is very nice looking but poorly made. My husband is a 35 year Journeyman plumber and installed, for perspective. The handles cold and hot emblems both popped off within a month. Had to re glue. Now, the handle has broken and thisbis only 4 months old. They look like porcelain but are cheap plastic. I also got the warranty ( mostly because my husband said this was, "cheap crap". The warranty is a time suck and designed to exhaust you. Do not bother folks. You get what you pay for and this is a prime example of that golden rule. This is also why I canceled prime. Cheap crap is always what you get here. Do yourselves a favor and go to your local plumbing showroom. Spend a little more and be happy with something that lasts more than a month.

Very Beautiful Kitchen Sink Faucet & Sprayer
This faucet arrived quickly. It was well packaged and contained all parts it mentioned. The chrome finish is beautiful. It was super easy to install in my 4 hole sink. The sprayer is fantastic. It is heavy and metal and not like the plastic ones that typically come in this price range. The water flows nicely from the built in aerators.I would recommend this faucet to anyone looking for a really stylish bridge faucet in chrome. I would definitely buy it again!

and yet the swivel is very easy to move
I'll say that I don't have any comparison for build quality, other than the cheap faucets that I replaced. I don't have experience installing other brands. It feels solid, and yet the swivel is very easy to move. Knobs are nice and positive. The squirt nozzle has good weight to it, and is solid, I like it! (don't drop it in the sink, you'll likely break whatever dishes it hits) HOWEVER, I really don't care for the black plastic trigger on the squirt nozzle. It's the only plastic thing in this entire setup, and I really wish it were chromed metal or white porcelain, or some combination of the two. The black plastic just looks cheap to me. It does work very nicely though. The plastic trigger on the squirt nozzle is the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars. I knew it was going to be black when I ordered it, I just didn't realize it was going to be plastic. I was hoping it would be black metal. It looks great, the trigger aside, and really fits in nicely to a 120 year old house :)I'd buy it again, was easy to install, my sink already had flex lines, so that made it really easy. It's not a concern, but just a notice, I've never had a dual handle kitchen sink before, but compared to my bathroom sinks (which are dual handle, unknown brand), these handles twist the opposite way. Not enough to annoy me, but I'd be curious to know why they rotate opposite of my other sinks.

Stay Away from Kingston Brass
The media could not be loaded. Very hard to find parts for. And you WILL need parts after about a year. The knobs strip out. The valves last about 2 years. There are little extra parts that don't come with the knobs. The hot water turns the wrong direction. So guests always remark about it. Just an all around hard company to deal with. Kingston Brass acts like your the dumb one when you call them...then they admit the issue...then they still expect you to pay for the part. Then they tell you they are out of stock. I am replacing with a better, more well known brand.

KITCHEN SINK FAUCET.
EXCELLENT REPLACEMENT FOR SAME PRODUCT. AT THE PRICE i PAID IT WAS AN EASY PURCHASE THAT ALLOWS ME TO REPACE THE SAME PRODUCT THAT DO TO USE AND AGE THE VALVES WERE GOING BAD. THIS ALSO GAVE ME SOME BACK UP PRODUCT FOR REPAIRS ON A SEECOND IDENTICAL FAUCET.
