We had an issue with mice invading our garage as we live near farms. During the colder months, we had a hard time keeping up with the amount that would come into the garage. We started using this spray and our traps remain empty. It smells great and seems to be doing an amazing job.

In shipping one bottle was leaking and I would like a replacement. The product itself is great.

The product arrived at my U.S. Army post office address in Korea in a timely manner and in good condition. I use it exclusively in a covered outside area that includes a bird feeder adjacent to our house. We live in a rural, mountainous area north of Seoul. The product had no discernible effect for the first few days. I applied liberally each day and eventually began to notice less rodent activity. It's been a couple of months now since I started application and rodent forays have remained much less frequent. I reapply the repellent spray 3 or 4 times a week. Applications have had no observable adverse effect on the birds or our three dogs and six cats. I give the product a passing grade

Don’t order this with anything else. Bottle was not closed securely and the liquid spilled out completely all over the other items in tge oacjage. I had to throw everything out—no option fur refunds or replacements in this situation.

As advertised great smell

Does not work for squirrels. This item is not promoted for squirrels anyways but for the people who read earlier in comments that it works, it doesn't. I tried it and squirrels still came.I gave it 5 starts to post the comment, I did not test the product on anything else.
