Sleep Through the Night Without Grogginess the Next Day
I started using Integrative Therapeutics Cortisol Manager on the recommendation of my naturopathic physician, and it’s become a staple for me during stressful times. Why did you pick this product vs others?:This product was suggested by my holistic doctor to help me with my sleeping disorder— it helps a lot. Now I can get 4-6 hours of solid sleep which believe me is great for me.

Very interesting
Only been taking this for 2 weeks. I have no problem complaining so let me talk about this. I just cleaned out my home’s 5 shelve pantry, threw out unused items, rearrange/coordinated the shelves, and wiped down the cans/boxes. Then swept all the tile floors, cleaned out the microwave and refrigerator. While I do the rest on a regular (basis not all at once) I have not totally cleaned out the pantry in 8 years. Easy to take, energy level up, can’t tell on sleep quality yet (any thing will be an improvement) and I am only taking 1 instead of 2. I will start taking 2 tomorrow.

Solved My Problems with PMDD!!!
Recently I was diagnosed with PMDD which is an acronym for Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder. It's basically a severe form of PMS where the "dysphoria" you experience is everything direct opposite of euphoria. Basically for an entire week every month you are a miserable wreck. Many women suffer from this problem, especially after having children or later in your reproductive years from 35-50. You are very easily triggered to fly off into rages, you're severely depressed, suffer from insomnia, have anxiety attacks and pretty much lose all interest in your life. You basically have to sequester yourself as much as possible during this time period so the only person you make miserable is you and not the rest of the world. The thing is it's not "all in your head" . A delicate dance exists between your hormones and neurotransmitters in your brain. My doctor prescribed an anti-depressant to help, but I was reluctant to take it only because I think anti-depressants mask an underlying problem and don't fix it. I also personally believe anti-depressants are bad for your brain long-term. However, I was so miserable and my life felt hijacked for about 10 days each month surrounding my period. I was desperate enough to cave and just take the anti-depressants. I told myself, "Ok I'm going to make an effort to try to solve this by more natural means, but if it doesn't work I am just going to have to take the anti-depressant because I can't live like this". I began researching about how to balance hormones naturally. Aside from the PMDD I also suspected I may suffer from too much cortisol and perhaps adrenal fatigue. I work almost full-time, run a business, go to school and take care of two small children. I must add too that I am a certified holistic health coach so my diet is also pretty healthy and balanced. So I have that working in my favor as well. I began taking more probiotics and eating more prebiotic food so my gut could manufacture neurotransmitters successfully. Anyway I initially bought this supplement to manage my stress, and much to my pleasant surprise it cleared up all my PMDD symptoms entirely!!!!! Usually the misery starts a week to 10 days before my period and absolutely nothing happened this past month. I had been taking the Cortisol Manager for approximately 3 weeks. I didn't even know I was getting my period and felt absolutely fine! I was surprise when it started and only felt some slight irritability the first two days of my cycle. This is such a tremendous relief for me and I am so grateful to have found this product. I ordered a second bottle today and I actually want to start selling these supplements in my health coaching practice!!! The cortisol manager works very and I had positive results I wasn't even expecting! Thank you so much to manufacturers of this product to save me from having to take anti-depressants to solve a problem that is more hormone based!!!

Really wanted to love it….
Edit: April 7, 2025The seller contacted me and offered me a refund due to my experience. They did not ask me to change my rating, they just wanted me to be happy. I chose this brand because they are quality and trusted. This further underlines that, and they’ve gained a customer for life (but for a different product)! I added a star based on this. Again, they did not ask me to change my rating.Wanted to love it… but I had to stop after about 10 days. This supplement seemed like the perfect blend. It did make me sleepy, but weirdly, I slept TERRIBLY. I was sleepy but also wired? After about 5 days I noticed some spotting which was weird. I take progesterone at night for sleep and to help with perimenopause symptoms. I haven’t ever had spotting before- and then after 2-3 days of spotting, it stopped. The thing that make me stop taking the medication was (after 9 ish days of awful sleep and increased anxiety), on day 10, I also had restless legs. It was awful! I’ve never had restless legs before- but as soon as it began, I knew what it was. It was the most unsettling, tingling, strange feeling in my legs. I got up several times, walked, massaged my legs, applied magnesium, rubbed them some more, and finally it eased enough to sleep. I have no idea which ingredient or combo of ingredients affected me… but the rest of the bottle will remain untouched. I was really hoping this would better my sleep and stress, but it definitely did the opposite. Just my experience- yours may not be the same- however, I’d love if anyone experienced the same!
