Yummy! I'm not sure if the product works for stress relief, but I keep coming back because of the unusual and satisfying taste.The texture may vary... Sometimes I get a batch that's really soft and other times it's tough.But no matter what, I'm trying it out to prevent stress and headaches. It acts as a reminder to settle down.I take one instead of two.

I love the effects of ashwaganda. As someone with chronic anxiety disorder, these help me relax in a way that nothing else I've found that isn't a benzo does. Very nice, mellow feeling. And it tastes like eating a nice textured candy, so that's a bonus in my book as well
