I have hypertension. And some of the electrolyte powders are too high in the sodium, and they taste like it too. This brand is delicious. I don't feel like I'm drinking some sort of medicine. It actually taste good. It smells even better. I'm excited to try all the flavors. I wish they were available at a store near me. I wish I could find them in the small packages so I don't have to buy a gigantic one. It would be great if they came out with a sample bag that had a little bit of everything in it ! so far I give this brand five stars. So good!

This stuff save my life all the time. I get dehydrated easily and running behind a toddler and taking care of a newborn. It tastes so good and it does help with my energy also. It doesn’t dissolve very easily but I have to give it a good shake. I’m tried most of the flavors but the mango and strawberry are my favorite.

It’s expensive. The taste is good but not true hibiscus. It does hydrate as advertised. I like the single packets which travel well.
