This is super effective for me. I had bought some previously from ZzzQuil but they did nothing for me. I had to take 2-3 pills. However these are super effective. When I first got them I thought they were gonna be the same as the ZzzQuil so I took three. It knocked me out within 15 minutes and I slept for over 14 hrs 😩 and missed my alarms. I will admit I did continue to feel super sleepy for the rest of the day. Now I know you probably need half of one pill 💊 to avoid over doing it. 10/10 recommend 😴

I work night shift and have trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep. I've tried these twice so far and not only do I fall asleep within 15-20 mins, but I can't wake up 8-10 hours later! I'm going to try taking half a pill like some of the reviews mention. I was researching them today to try to find out why they're so darn effective. Like why can't I wake up lol. These are worth their weight in gold. But take them with caution. Don't operate a forklift. XD

I started taking these during pregnancy to help me sleep, and I still take them even though the baby is a toddler now. I personally find 1/3 of one pill is the right amount for me. Even at a half of one I’m still groggy the next day and have a hard time waking up.

I am amazed at how well these little pills work. I have a high tolerance to medicine and was really doubting this medicine helping me sleep. Boy was I surprised after the first time I tried them and they truly helped me sleep through the night.I would definitely recommend to anyone who is needing a little help sleeping.

These are quite helpful when you can't get to sleep. Didn't feel drowsy the next day.

I like that this product just takes half a pill to put me to sleep within a half hour. I do not like that I have a slight bit of a "hangover" from it the next day. The "hangover" is a lot less than the "hangover" from taking a whole pill. I am not able to get much stuff done the next day if I have a whole pill. I also don't like feeling depressed the next day after taking this pill, even on half a pill. I have decided to only use it no more than once a week when I really need it and can sleep in. I would also be careful with this pill. When I first had it, I hallucinated that my head was rolling around. When I realized this was happening, I meditated and then prayed and fell asleep, thank goodness. So, if you do decide to try this, take half a pill half an hour before going to bed. Make sure you complete EVERYTHING you need to before taking this pill so you only have to slip into bed. Best of luck. P.S. If you take any medications, please consult your physician and pharmacy.

Took a little time for it to start to take effect but after a few days I found that it seems to help
