This is a great source of Glucosamine and Chondroitin if you are looking to support your joint health. They are vegan capsules, and it's made in the US. These capsules also contain hyaluronic acid, turmeric, bromelain, black pepper, Methylsulfonylmethane, and Boswelalia. My one issue with this product is the fact that you are supposed to take 4 per day. I don't like taking pills and that's a bit much for me with everything else I take.

I like Glucosamine and have had good luck with it in the past. I started running a few months ago and wanted something to help support my joints to reduce the risk of injury. I do feel like my knees and ankles held up to the stress better than they had during previous attempts at running. I did also wear ankle and knee supports, but even when I do not have them on I don't experience any excessive difficulty with those areas.

SUMMARY: Transparent, Accountable though relatively new Supplement company (they’ve been doing essential oils for years though) with what appears to be a solid product which is less expensive than what I’ve been taking. Will update this after 30 days!THE DETAILSBrand Transparency (high): Trademark activity dates to 2020. They have a detailed ‘About Us’ page at their website, where we learn Nature’s Fusions was founded in 2009 by brothers David and CJ Peterson who started out as purveyors of essential oils. Their company has grown by 97% in 3 years. Their supplements can also be found at Vitacost (a reputable online nutrition store).Brand Accountability (high): Nature’s fusions website has a page where they post various certifications. They have an organic product certification. They also have a Good Manufacturing Certification by the State of Utah for supplements from 2022 (online) and also have a new GMP certification by the NSF in 2024 (they were so kind as to send me a copy). Per the Nature's Fusion folks they are actually a supplement manufacturer, whereas many supplement brands are just distributors who I would think have less control over ensuring a high quality final product. Nature's Fusions also have a “forever Guarantee” that if you’re not happy with a product you can return it for a refund (you pay for shipping)!Quality: This is a month’s supply in 120 capsules at 4 per day. They are not large capsules, and the bottle smells similar to my other Glucosamine/Chondroitin supplements. The Glucosamine dose is 1000 mg, Chondroitin is 800 mg, MSM 1000 mg, Hyalauronic Acid 44 mg, and Boswellia 100 mg. Compared to my usual brand, Nutri has more Glucosamine, but less Chondroitin/MSM/HA/Boswellia. (I can’t compare the two easily, because this brand is Transparent about their formulation, while my regular brand, O—-BiF—, is not. Nutri also includes some turmeric, bromelain and Peperine.My usual (previous?) brand is currently 56 cents a day, while this one is 48 cents a day. I don’t mind taking 4 capsules a day, so I’m going to switch to this brand for a month and I’ll let you know how it goes. If my joints don’t become painful again I’ll know I’ve got a new brand of Glucosamine/Chondroitin! (6/7 update: It's day 27 and my knees and hips are still feeling great. I've got a New Joint Supplement!).

I would say this eased up my fingers when typing and programming. With so many ingredients this might have a bit of a joint lubricating effect instead of just cartilage bolstering alone against impact.The downside is the amount of capsules daily is high needing 4 caps to only get 1g of Glucosamine where some research supports taking quantities of 4g daily on the upper limit in the same amount of capsules daily or getting 2g a day in less total caps. If you aren't taking a bunch of supplements then this could be a good move taking the shotgun approach but this addition into a supplement stack could be a lot of moving parts.Of course the good thing with such a spectrum of ingredients is you can cover the joints more holistically since some ingredients could be increasing chondrocyte proliferation in the cartilage, ligaments, or could be boosting circulating to the tissues, maybe hydrating them. There's a lot of factors and this perhaps can be a method to get a little bit of everything, but only a little bit. To get a high dose of these to their more clinically effective doses would make it even more capsules.
